You're invited to flip through the "Playmates in Paradise" event photos featuring Playmate of the Year, Sara Jean Underwood, said to be *ONE of her first appearances since chosen. Sara made her first public appearance at Louisville's Crown Royal Playboy Lounge pre-Derby party on Friday, May 4.

The event was held in Louisville's premier entertainment and retail district located on Fourth Street, between Liberty and Muhammad Ali Boulevard, in the heart of historic downtown Louisville, KY. Fourth Street Live! is a short walk from downtown hotels, waterfront park, Main Street, Slugger Field, and other major attractions. Fourth Street Live! restaurants and entertainment venues include Hard Rock Cafe, Red Star Tavern, TGIFriday's, Sully's, Lucky Strike Lanes and Maker's Mark Bourbon House & Lounge and more. Fourth Street Live! features a variety of bars and nightclubs including Tengo Sed Cantina, RockBar, and Felt billiards lounge. There is also live music at Saddle Ridge and Howl at the Moon.
